Manufacturing Production Operator (Night shift Foreign Workers)
Description
Summary/Objective
The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for cable and connector assembly operations and part measurement and inspection, following approved drawings, work instructions, and production requirements.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.
1. Cut and strip cables using hand tools or semi-automatic machines.
2. Build and terminate RF coaxial cable assemblies by following drawings, including tin dipping, soldering, trimming dielectrics, and performing basic electrical tests.
3. Check finished cable and connector assemblies for appearance, alignment, and workmanship issues.
4. Measure key dimensions of parts or finished goods using tools such as calipers, gauges, micrometers, 2.5D optical projectors, or semi-automatic measuring equipment to ensure compliance with drawing requirements..
5. Perform basic electrical checks, such as continuity and resistance tests.
6. Follow all safety rules, ESD requirements, and cleanliness standards.
7. Keep the workstation clean and organized following 5S practices.
8. Inform the supervisor if there are any assembly problems, drawing questions, tool issues, or process concerns.
9. Help support improvement activities to enhance quality, efficiency, and yield.

Required Experience
No experience required.
Preferred Education
High school diploma or above; background in mechanical or electrical fields is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience assembling cable assembly, connector assembly, electronics assembly, or related manufacturing work.
· Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and work instructions.
· Basic knowledge of electrical testing
· Familiarity with IPC/WHMA‑A‑620 or J‑STD‑001 standards (certification a plus).
Physical & Work Environment
· Ability to sit for extended periods.
· Ability to perform repetitive hand motions and work with small precision parts.
· Good near vision required.
